Usage:

The main function of date pitting and slicing machine is fully automatic date orienting, pitting, slicing, it can be also used alone to remove date core.

Working principle:

dates after falling to bucket, date into up granary of chain block, chain block to run forward, reached to the pitting barrel, then date is pushed by rod to down granary of the chain block, because the small diameter of date granary, date is in the vertical position, blunt needle and date synchronous movement, blunt needle from the top of the date, the core will out of down, then finish the pitting function.

Pitted date run to the slice drum, was putted into the hole of slicing cutter on the bottom. Slice cutter rotary motion, and its surrounding ring with slicing knife. Slicing knife ladder arrangement, the date from both ends toward  to the center turn slices. Date sheet are not squeezed to ensure the integrity of date pieces.
