Working process:
1. Six-station sorting conveyor complete the material cutting processing, the belt can be quikly disassembled.
2. Matching a variety of cutter and lift the delivery of materials.
3. Elevator, drived by stepless speed motor, belt conveyor lift the delivery of materials, the discharge end equipped with scraper scraping material, suitable for lifting materials after cutting or light materials.
4. Using horizontal water flow cleaning,extend the cleaning path to avoid material damage, energy saving. Optional ozone device can be choosen to effectively kill bacteria, decomposition of pesticide residues.
5. The second horizontal mixed-flow spray washing machine can be equipped with ice water unit, reducing the material processing temperature, better for storage.
6. Drain water device combined with clean water device to complete the material delivery.
7. Frequency control speed, set the dehydration time according to the specific need.
